What is a PEO?
A Professional Employer Organization (PEO) provides integrated services
which enable business owners to cost-effectively outsource the
management of human resources, employee benefits, payroll and workers'
compensation. This is accomplished through a 'co-employment'
relationship between the client and the PEO.
People often refer to a PEO as 'employee leasing', however, most
employee leasing companies simply offer economies of scale with buying
power for workers compensation and/or health benefits, however,
typically do not provide true human resource services.
Co-employment allows your employees to gain access to TWO employers,
the worksite employer (you), who guides them day to day and creates
a career
path; and the PEO, whom brings a wide array of human resource services,
including training & development, and acts as your administrative
employer.

"Rather than backfill our Director of HR position, we hired Advantage HR
to fill the role. They have updated our policies & procedures, performed
file audits, assisted with difficult terminations and Margie is here
once a week to help answer any employee questions or company issues. I
am saving over 50% on my HR burden and do not have the hassles of
handling these functions."
